Here's what you can expect.

Step 1

The BioPlus staff will find out which assistance programs you might be eligible for.

Step 2

A dedicated financial counselor will contact you to explain each program’s details, including coverage and copay costs.

Step 3

Eligibility for each program is based on household income. Your counselor will do a confidential pre-screen assessment to see if you’re eligible.

Step 4

If you’re eligible, your counselor will help you finish enrolling. This may include contacting you if extra documentation is needed.

Step 5

Our financial team will submit any needed documents on your behalf and keep you updated on your application every step of the way.

Step 6

Once you’re enrolled in the program, you can immediately schedule your medication for delivery.

Step 7

As you progress through your therapy, our financial coordinators keep track of your funding and make sure you’re covered for as long as possible.
