Barbara Weller
Barbara Weller was hired by BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy in 1991 as the primary accountant and assumed the responsibilities of Director of Finance and Accounting shortly thereafter, as the company grew from 15 employees to over 100. Recently she was promoted again and is now the Vice President of Finance. She manages the corporation’s financial and accounting policies and prepares the annual corporate budget, including sales and revenue forecasts, along with capital and expense forecasting.

Weller received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Florida in 1984 and then completed 30 additional post-baccalaureate credits in Accounting and Business Law, while working full-time in the public accounting industry. She has over 25 years of combined financial experience in the public and private sectors.
Born in Philadelphia, Weller spent her early childhood years in New Jersey and then moved to Orlando with her family in 1974. She has been married for 25 years and lives in Winter Park with her husband and their three children.
